All sessions take place at the practice. As Therapeutic Reflexology is a regulated profession, session rates are shown alongside availability on Fresha when you book — or are available on request below.
Full health-history consultation followed by your first treatment. Best for any new client, regardless of treatment.
Standard foot reflexology return session for existing clients — continuing the work we've started together.
Specialised facial reflexology — supporting sinus, jaw, headaches, and anxiety through points on the face.
Dedicated menopause protocol on feet, hands, and face — supporting the endocrine and nervous systems through hormonal shifts.
Standalone ear-point work using precise pressure (and, where indicated, ear seeds) — supporting pain, sleep, anxiety, and hormonal regulation.
A standalone Reiki session for rest, emotional regulation, and a deep, held kind of stillness.
Gentle, fascia-led Bowen — done fully clothed, with long pauses that invite the nervous system to recalibrate.
Three quick notes about preparing for your session — worth a glance before reserving your time below.
New clients: fill in the intake form at least 24 hours before your first session.
Have a light meal beforehand and arrive well-hydrated. Avoid heavy caffeine in the hour before your session.
For Bowen and Reiki, loose clothing is helpful. Reflexology needs only bare feet — wear what you like.
All bookings, reschedules, and reminders are handled through Fresha — secure, simple, and on your phone if you'd like.
First time on Fresha? When you book your treatment, Fresha will ask you to set a password — this is the normal first-time setup, not a check for an existing account. It only takes a moment, and your details are then saved securely for any future bookings.
